Pronto" means "ready" and "issima" means "very" or "really", so together, Portissima means a really ready meal. Pestos are available in 100g and 200g sizes. We use local produce of the season to make our pestos when possible. Our Pestos are made with pure, natural ingredients and are free of preservatives. Pasta is available in250g bags and 500g bags. All of our pasta ingredients are 100% natural. We make two pastas that are made with 100% organic spelt flour and 100% organic kamut flour rather than wheat flour. Prontissima's all natural and preservative - free products are a must try. Buon appetito! Our pasta is made with free run eggs from Black Creek and 100% durum semolina flour. As well as the gourmet fresh pasta, completing the quick, Prontissima also makes a variety of delicious artisan pesto to go with their pasta, gourmet meal.
